I made this tonight. We love it, I used semi-sweet chocolate instead of milk chocolate chips as that was when I had on hand. I used White Chocolate Chips on the top. Mine did break apart when I cut it. I also made half the recipe. It is great.

Made if for Christmas gifts and people loved it. Only issue was that it broke apart when I cut it up...which wasn't so bad because I ate the broken pieces...

it was always going to be a winner given the ingredients! i had some trouble converting cups to grammes so i think i may have had a bit less chocolate than the recipe. i bought a bag of mixed salted nuts instead of just peanuts and also added peanut butter to the melted chocolate in both stages. i did quite a lot of quality control testing and now i feel a bit sick but my god, in annes words 'so good!'

Everyone loved these candy bars. I can't stop eating them--they are just that good. No need to go to expensive candy store--these are better. Be sure to use good quality chocolate.

These are Amazing! We actually put white chocolate on the top and it made them look even more appealing! They were a huge hit!

Amazing!! I made the recipe as is. You don't have to use a double boiler for the chocolate just keep it on low and continue to stir and it will not burn. It is a little difficult to cut but if you use a large kitchen knife and cut through top lay once then go back across again it works fine.

I made this today....it tastes wonderful. However, I had a very hard time cutting it, because after two hours in the fridge it was very hard. Any suggestions........? What did I do wrong?
