I made this bark yesterday and it's a big hit at my office today. Seriously delicious! Watching Anne's show she mentioned using rice crispies instead of the pretzels, which I did do. YUM! I used golden raisins since I feel they are a bit sweeter. I think everyone knows how to melt chocolate, but for the few that don't, make sure you use a double boiler system. It's not mentioned in the directions. That way, you won't scorch the chocolate. Try this recipe, you'll love it!!

When I saw Anne make these I immediately thought of the Salted Caramel Square at Starbucks where I work. When I made these I used plump dried cherries instead of raisins and swirled caramel sauce in the top chocolate. I also sprinkled the top with flaked sea salt before I let it harden. The result was fabulous!

For those who are not a big fan of raisis, you could possibly use craisins. For me I do not really like raisins, because they are really sweet and just don't match my tastes buds. I really like craisins, because they are like a semi-sweet and a little sour. Very good to use as a replacement for raisins!!! :}

I haven't made these bars yet but I am looking forward on making them. They look really good but then again anything that Anne Thornton makes looks really good. I was wondering if anyone had an idea of what I can use instead of raisins, I like everything else but not raisins. Any ideas anyone???????

very easy to make I used white choc instead of the dark and sooooo yummy and i used cahews instead of the peanuts. This recipe is easy to make with what u like in it. I would say though useless pretzels and more raisons but whatever u like is great.
