    We love this recipe - the salty sweet combo is my fav. I baked it a little differently the second time. I spread all of the dough on a piece of parchment and cut cookie circles with a biscuit cutter immediately after I removed the pan from the oven. Much easier than my first attempt.

    The cookie recipe on its own is nothing special. But put all these great ingredients together, freeze for a couple hours, and this ice cream treat is amazing!

    The perfect dessert for the summer. The caramel and pretzels really take it to the next level. I agree with the other reviewer that wanted more salt. I actually sprinkled sea salt flakes on the cookies - so good!!

    I have not found a recipe of Anne's that I have not loved! Very easy receipe to follow with such tasty results. If you like chocolate chip cookies and gooey caramel, you will enjoy these cookies!

    I just love you Anne, you are adorable and fun to watch. In fact my 7 yr old watched this episode 3 times. However, these would be great if only they had more salt to balance the sweet. It adds such a depth of flavor. It needs at least 1/4 tsp of salt, not just a pinch. Thanks for the fun idea, my daughters loved eating these at a slumber party
