This is the BEST pie recipe I have ever tried. I made the whipped cream, chocolate pudding and crust at different times so assembling was easy. Don't skimp on ingredients or layers...it's worth the time!

Made this for a potluck, it was devoured!! Everyone loved it, including me. I couldn't find peanut brittle, so I made some, but I think you could just you nuts for the crunch factor. I loved every layer. The peanut butter layer was so good, I could have doubled it!! Will definitely make again.

This pie was amazing!! I couldn't find peanut brittle either, so I substituted with candied peanuts in the nut aisle. Turned out great!

I can't comment on the pie as a whole. I made the chocolate pudding to eat alone. I found the texture to be slightly grainy and it didn't have a great depth of flavor. Maybe a little vanilla would have helped? Did anyone else have a problem with the texture of the pudding?

This is an extraordinarily good pie. It takes some time to make but is well worth it. Everyone is raving about the wonderful mix of flavors in every bite.
Note to Souliere Baking: the almond extract goes in the last part of the recipe. The final whipped cream topping.

Confused. Ingredients call for Almond Extract but no Almond Extract in the Pudding or Peanut Butter Cream.

This pie is excellent! Please don't cheat and use instant pudding, it will not be as good. Every element of this pie works together and the combo of flavors is exceptional. Do not skip the peanut brittle. I could not find any in my stores (I was told it was seasonal so I had to make my own (google microwave peanut brittle for a recipe and it was worth the effort. I think Anne is a dessert genius, I have tried several recipes of hers and they have all been excellent!
