This looked so good I had to try it right away. The crust is good and the peanut butter filling is 5 stars. The pudding was tedious to make and in my opinion didn't taste as sweet as I thought it should. The directions for the whipped cream topping were vague. Do you use the cream that was left over from the batch you made to add to the peanut butter mixture? I had 1 and a half cups left. I ended up adapting my tried and true whipped cream recipe but the almond flavor didn't taste as good as the vanilla I usually use. If I make this again I will double the peanut butter mixture, (YUM!make instant chocolate pudding and use vanilla instead of almond in the whipped cream topping. The beauty of this recipe is that you can make it your own. And of course, it looks fantastic!
