This was such a hit!! I used a regular graham cracker crust and it turned out great! I had the same problem with a little overflow for my 9-inch pan, but after the chocolate topping it was unnoticeable...sooo much chocolatey goodness :

********Cheese - Chocolate - Cake how could you go wrong =] *******

First cheesecake I ever made from scratch. Turned out great. I used a 9 1/2" springform pan(fit perfectand the orange zest it really gives it an additional bite of flavor. It is very creamy & rich. I'm sure I will make it again. YUM

This recipe is amazing! It looked JUST like Anne's! I was so proud of myself! It is the richest cheesecake I believe I have ever tasted! If you LOVE chocolate then this is the perfect recipe for you! So delicious! I used crushed chocolate graham crackers for the crust and it turned out soooo good! Try it! The most important part is to make sure the ingredients are room temp so it makes a light and fluffy filling!

This recipe tasted great. Light and fluffy, yet dense and chocolatey at the same time, the salty crunch of the cookie crust married well with the creamy filling and the slight bittersweet taste of the glaze. Delicious! I recommend cutting your slices very small as it's very rich and filling. The only problem i had when baking this recipe is that the filling amount was too much for my 9 inch springform pan, the cheesecake baked up and over the top of the pan and the top got very crispy on the edges because of this "muffin top" effect. I ended up trimming the top so that i'd have room to add the glaze on top. Once the glaze was on top you couldn't tell that i had trimmed it. When i make this next time i'll reduce the filling amount by at least 1/4 or 1/3 so that it doesn't muffin top over the pan. Delicious recipe as always from Anne T.

I made this cheesecake for a family birthday dinner after seeing it on yesterday's show and it was AMAZING. I made it last night and after it chilled in the refrigerator I added the glaze and chilled the finished cake overnight. It was perfect the next day and I didn't have a second mess to clean up the next day from making the glaze. Everyone wanted the recipe. It's replacing my old favorite recipe for chocolate cheesecake.

This is for multimom2, the recipe is correct, they placed the word "Direction" in the wrong spot. The orange zest and eggs are listed. Give the recipe a try. I think you will be pleased you did
