Fantastic! I was really craving a chocolately, cakey dessert and this was more than sufficient. I loved the consistency of the bar. Not too chewy and not too cakey. A very nice alternative to a chocolate chip cookie. I used Ghiradelli chips, which made the bars superb. I did eliminate the salt on top, which I don't tend to like much of in a sweet confection. This will be in my regular repertoire.

LOVE IT!! My oven is gas and it took all 35 minutes to bake. I recommend a really light sprinkle of the salt- it can over power the rest of the blondie if not careful. It's the perfect blend of sweet and salty!

These are really tasty - like the salt on the top but I went really light on it. Used half milk and half semi-sweet chips and that worked out really nice. I love the shade of dark golden brown they turn but like other reviewers, I reduced the cooking time to 25 minutes - any more and they would have scorched. Think my oven temp was more like 350 as well.

Really good, made them for superbowl party and they were completely gone by the end of the night. Reduced the cooking time to 25 min per other reviewers and they came out perfectly delicious. Will def be making again for a big group of people or else I will eat them all for myself!

These are delicious! I made them for a hard to please coworker (who isn't big on sweets and she LOVED them! I added 1/3c of chopped walnuts and I reduced the cooking time to 25 minutes. They were perfect!

Made these yesterday, they taste delicious but are burnt on the edges and I took them out after only 30 minutes. Had to cut off an entire inch around the edges and toss them. Watch them closely!

Don't make these unless you have lots of willpower or are taking them to a party - cause you will eat them until they are gone! Didn't change a thing and they were fabulous!

These were a great hit. I didn't have exactly 3 cups of semi-sweet chips so I mixed them with dark chocolate chips. I also put 1/8 to 1/4 cup of pecans; after I measured the pecans I put them in the chopper and pulsed until they were really chopped like powder, they could be left a little more whole; My husband likes the taste of pecans but can't chew the nut,the flavor in it was so wonderful, walnuts would probably be good too. I also used coarse kosher salt for I didn't have the fleur de sel; it worked great.Though I will try the fleur de sol. I also cooked it between 350 and 375 cause my oven had been being used for a couple hours,I cooked it for 28 min. Thanks for the recipe and all the reviews. wonderful hit I will definely make these again. I bringing it to a christmas party. Not everyone in my family like brownies but they loved these. enjoy
