These are just sublime! I didnt add the whole amount of fleur de sel because my mom is suppose to watch her salt intake. Added maybe a teaspoon and a half and you could still really taste the saltiness. Also I didnt have a jelly roll pan so made it in the same size brownie pan (with 2" sides. Cooking time in my oven was only 24 mins. They are soooooo yummy! Be careful though, you can't eat just one! Oh, and definately use 3 cups of chips!

these were great; however, did anyone else have a problem with the Fleur de Sel turning black? They tasted fine but it looked like little burnt ants on top.

I have been baking chocolate chip cookies and desserts for decades and I have never tried such an amazing chocolate chip cookie bar before! The texture of these bars had the perfect amount of gooey yumminess. the 3 cups of chocolate chips ensure that each bite is laden with chocolate, and the fleur de sel is the piece de resistance that puts these bars over the top! I was hesitant to spend $8.00 on salt, but am so glad I did as the fleur de sel has a unique flavor and grain that balances the sweetness and enhances the flavor and makes this heaven on a plate! This recipe will be a staple in my house! Oh, the cooking time for me was only 25 minutes - so check these so they don't overcook! Thanks, Anne!

These are so good! I used coarse sea salt instead- as that was what I had on hand. I only put the salt on the top, not in the batter, because I used salted butter- didnt have unsalted butter on hand either. They are easy to make and very good. I will be making these again, and again.

Best chocolate chip cookies ever! Don't skimp on the fleur de sel. It makes a good cookie incredible! I used a mixture of semi-sweet and milk chocolate because that's what I had on hand. Fantastic. Check after 25 minutes. That's about all the time they need! Anne, you rock! Love your show!!

These are fabulous blondies!!! I almost didn't add the third cup of chips...but I did and oh wow...I'm so glad I did that! The chocolatey yummy melty...well, you know. Also, don't skip the fleur de sel! Next time I'll add more because this is really what makes these Blondies have more fun!

These were very tasty. I wish I had read the reviews about the timing. They were slightly overdone at 30 minutes but still very yummy. The sea salt was a nice touch and helped to offset the sweetness of the blondie. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

This recipe is absolutely awesome! I've made it twice...first time I substituted the semi-sweet chips for a mixture of white, milk, and bittersweet chips. The second time I used a combo of espresso chocolate chips and cappucino chips. Both times they came out great. I had the same timing issue though....at 375 degrees, they were done in 25 minutes...almost too brown on top. I wonder if the temp might need to be lowered a bit? 350? 325?
