This is the easiest cake I have ever made not from a box. It's good when it's warm with the mint ice cream (a great touch, but it's really good cold as well. It's exactly what it's called, gooey chocolatey pudding cake. Mmmmm.... I've made it several times because it's just easy and delicious.

This was a very simple recipe to make without having to go to the grocery store. I did add 2 chopped up candy bars and a TBS of Kahlua. Next time I will add espresso for more "punch". I do love the gooey chocolate.

Easy to make, and good with vanilla ice cream. But it was laking in taste/flavor. It wasn't that sweet and some of the cake in the middle was chewy and wasn't appetizing.

WOW! Thanks for this one Anne... I'm enjoying it as I type. I made it exactly per recipe - except that I added chopped walnuts to the topping. I cooked it two minutes longer (every oven varies a bit until it just jiggled in the middle. It came out PERFECT! This one is going into my recipe file to make again and again.

I followed the recipe but added one extra twist. I added Dove Chocolate Mint chips to the batter. All I can say is "AWESOME"...

This is a snap to make and I always have the ingredients on hand. I've made this twice now. Once, I added 1 Tbs. of Framboise (raspberry, and the second time I added 1 Tbs of Frangelico (hazelnut. Next time, I'll try it with 1 Tbs coffee flavored liqueur.

This recipe turned out great! I was at home with the baby all night and wanted something sweet! I did have all of these ingredients in my pantry! It was very easy to make and keep and eye on the little one at the same time!
