This cake is easy to make and only uses a few ingredients everyone probably already has on hand. It had a great gooey. oozing pudding consistency but the flavor? Ehhhh it was just good but not great. Tasted a little to floury to me. Love the show though.

It was so delicious! I actually "veganized" it by using soymilk instead of regular milk, and nucoa butter instead of real butter. It was lightly crispy on top, perfectly moist and squishy in the middle and a wonderful chocolatey gooey mess underneath everything. This is definitely a new family favorite! :

I made this cake the day after I watched this episode. It was delicious!! My girls LOVED it! I had to hide it so they wouldn't eat it all! It was so easy also. I am going to try and make it so its gluten-free and see how it holds up.

Just made this cake for mother's day dessert. I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but it came out awesome. Huge hit with every person at our bbq (and that's not something that happens often!. The only change I made was to add a handful or so of mini chocolate chips to the topping - we really like chocolate in my family. I served the cake with cookies n cream ice cream, and drizzled the fudge sauce from the bottom of the pan over the top of the ice cream. Fantastic and rich and delicious (and much easier than making individual molten cakes. Thanks for a great recipe Anne!

We really liked this cake! Because of some of the comments about this cake being too bland or too sweet, I used extra dark cocoa, added a teaspoon of espresso powder and a bit more salt to the cake (1/2 teaspoon total, and a pinch of salt to the pudding part. I baked it for 30 minutes, and it came out great! For those who haven't had a pudding cake before, it's a layer of cake with a layer of fudge sauce on the bottom - can't beat that!

This was my first attempt at a recipe by Anne. I thought this was fabulous - sort of like an inside-out molten cake (for which I don't have the appropriate ramikens anyway. I made this for a friend's birthday. It reminded of a cruise ship dessert. It was wonderful, and SO EASY. We had most or all of the ingredients. I don't think I've made a cake that was so simple to make. We tried the chocolate chip mint ice cream (my friend's favorite. That was a hit with everyone other than me; I'm not that fond of that ice cream. Next time, I'll do vanilla for myself. Thanks!

First I tried to make this recipe by watching the show and guessing how much of the ingredents where in it, not so good but edible. Then I remebered that ypu can get recipes online. made it again and OMG its great! I love love the fact that most every one has the ingredents in their cupboards! Way to go Anne Love It!!!!!<3
