Absolutely DELICIOUS! I used regular Hershey's and the flavor was superb! It only needed 25 minutes in the oven. It was as good at room temperature as it was warm out of the oven.

This chocolate pudding cake lived up to Anne's description - it was gooey and intensely chocolate and altogether divine! This was one of the easiest desserts I have ever made and it took less than 10 minutes to assemble and get into the oven. I used Hersey's Special Dark cocoa for this recipe which is intensely chocolate and the flavor was deep, dark and delicious! This is a fool proof recipe that enough a novice baker can throw together in minutes and the results are spectacular!!!! I don't understand the negative reviews on this - it is supposed to be gooey, the 1 1/4 cups water measurment is correct, and it cooks in 30 minutes. Try it - you won't be disappointed! :

I was Soooo looking forward to diving into this dessert. Watched the show then printed the recipe to make for Easter Dessert..even bought mint chocolate chip ice cream! Prepared exactly as directed. I believe the measurement for the hot water is not correct. I am going to prepare again but will adjust the 1 1/4 cups of hot water. :( Disappointed for now.

So simple to make. I made this as soon as I saw the show. I used Hersey's Special Dark cocoa powder and it turned out amazing. Packed with rich chocolate flavor. Very yummy and definately one that I will do over and over. We didn't have any icecream on hand but was great with milk too!

This was delicious! Very rich and gooey. I added a little espresso powder which really brought out the chocolate flavor. Next time I will leave it in the oven a longer than 30 minutes since it was still pretty runny on the bottom but made a nice sauce to put on top of the ice cream. Will make this again for sure.

I would have to give this recipe as is a 3 Star. Making it with a double dutch dark cocoa makes all the difference in the world. Dark choc in color and rich in taste.

Yum! This was extremely easy and delicious. I followed the recipe exactly. Did not find it bland or lacking taste. Would definitely make it again!

This is a pretty bland pudding cake. It is gooey, no doubt, but it lacks the chocolatey flavor I was hoping for.

The name says it all. If you are a chocolate lover this is the recipe for you. It was very rich and decadent. You can indulge in what you love. It does not need the ice cream, it was perfect all by it's self.
