*note this is for the crust ONLY* which was buttery, flaky and really easy with the processor! I used a different peach pie recipe, but the filling to crust ratio was perfect. It's not a thin crust though, it seems like it rises a bit, but that's okay because I love a good crust. Easy and delicious.

I haven't actually cooked the pie yet as I made 5 different kinds of pie this weekend but this crust is OUT OF THIS WORLD. I've been making pies all my life and liked the crust I always made. Looking for something new I made 2 different crusts that I've never tried before and I ended up throwing away the other crust and making more of this crust for all of my pies. I froze the pie for eating on another weekend. Can't wait to try it.

I didn't need the pie crust recipe. The pie filling was absolutely delicious! This is the peach pie recipe I was looking for.

one of the best peach pies ever!! It will probably be the only one I will ever reach for again. I admit using a different crust recipe, but the peach filling is awesome. thanks for sharing

This was a great recipe! I didnt use it for the pie dough I just used store bought. I did however add one beaten egg to my pie filling mixture and it was amazing! I will ALWAYS do that from now on. Great tasting filling. We always enjoy our pie sweet so I also use 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar.

Great recipe! All the tricks worked. I even added a little sugar in the dough and sprinkled some on top. I also used pineapple juice instead of lemon juice and added pineapple to the pie. Tasty!

This was very easy to throw together, and tasted great with a little scoop of Blue Bell icecream on top! So yummy!

This is way better that any store bought pie.I love the hint of almond extract mixing with the lemon juice. Not to tart not too sweet. I had never peeled and sliced peaches before so that was kind of time consuming. I even made the lattice! It looked beautiful. My oven must be different that Anne's because it took way longer to bake. I'm going to try it again tonight.

This was my first pie ever!! I took the advice of previous posters and didn't add as much sugar as was called for because my peaches were soooooo ripe. I am sorry I did though, it really could have used a full cup. I used pre-made pie dough, wasn't confident enough to try the dough, but the filling was great!! and it wasn't runny like I have seen in other pies. Thanks Anne!

Delicious pie! My son said it was the best pie he's ever had. The crust was great.....It has become my go to pie dough recipe.
