Mmmmmm! I made these with good European chocolate and they were delicious. If you want images for how to cut the pastry sheets, check out my blog- the site is listed in my profile. :

I'm making this today, but agree with "ugogal" I'm not quite sure about the cutting instructions. I think I'll experiment with a piece of paper first. These look so yummy!

Is anything not delicious when puff pastry is in the recipe.
    ANNE,
Please post a quick video of the cutting on line. I am sure everyone would like to reference to it.

I made 640 of these for a benefit function, and they were gone in less than an hour. I found the milk chocolate really appealed to people. I myself like dark chocolate, but either way, these were a huge hit.

You can make Your Own Almond Paste.Just skinned almonds and sugar in a food processor.A really simple way to be certain no one tried to "sneak in" Apricots in Paste.Especially if Allergic.I am,so the advice to make your own paste. This is a quick Dessert with Puff Pastry.Believe me,you'd Never want to make your own.Try different Chocolates available now for different flavour combos inside of the miniature Treats.Delicious.I prefer dark Parisian chocolate.
