- 1 tablespoon peach puree
- Sparkling apple cider, chilled
- Edible flowers, for serving
To an old school champagne bowl or glass, add the peach puree. Top with sparkling apple cider and gently stir with a cocktail stirrer to combine. Garnish with edible flowers.
Cook's Note: If desired, substitute the sparkling apple cider with your favorite sparkling wine.
