This is the third Thanksgiving I've made and served this cake, and it has become something that everyone asks for and looks forward to! Recipe is easy to follow and spot-on, and it always come out just right. Plus, with the pecan glaze, it is forgiving - can easily cover up any cracks or sinking. Would highly recommend this!

EXCELLENT recipe! I made this for a potluck Thanksgiving dinner yesterday and everyone loved it! I followed the written recipe, not the video, and it worked perfectly. I baked it in my convection oven for about 1 hour and 10 minutes, but I probably could have taken it out about 5-10 minutes earlier. I made sure to whip the filling really well too for a soft supple custard. I didn't get a chance to make it well ahead of time and was only able to refrigerate it for 3 hours which ended up being perfectly fine. The maple caramel topping was refrigerated for about 2 hours and came out nicely too. Instead of using graham crackers, I used gingersnaps for the crust which added a nice, spicy crunch to the rich cheesecake.

The recipe doesn't match the video. Video calls for 1/4 c syrup and recipe is at 3 T. The cinnamon is also not the same. I know these are minor details.

I'm also a bit confused about the glaze. Cover and chill? From the video it looks like it's solidified a bit before she pours it onto the cake.

I realize I'm over-thinking this and that it will probably turn out just fine no matter how I do it.

I'll update my rating once i've made it (if that's possible

This is my third Thanksgiving making this cheesecake. Everybody just loves it, and it is such a breeze to make. I have given this recipe out to many people who need something special to make for the holidays. This has become my special, Thanksgiving and Christmas cake. I get so excited when I know it's time to make it! I would recommend it to anyone who needs to impress, or would just like a special trick up their baking sleeve!!

Absolutely delicious. I made this for last year's Thanksgiving and am now back this year to make it again as per Grandma's request. Definitely 5 stars.

Pumkin cheesecakes tend to be sort of bland, unless you add a ton of sugar.... but not this one!! This is THE BEST pumkin cheescake ever, it is now a Thanksgiving staple for my Tough-to-please family. Thanks Anne Thornton <3

This cheesecake is mind-blowing good! I made it for a Christmas dessert and no one could believe it was homemade. Certainly a decadent recipe that will be a Fall go-to.
