I made this for a Christian get together and they almost didn't make it out of the house. My husband and son kept tasting them for quality control. They were rich, chocolatey, and the crust was crunchalicious! The recipe was very easy to follow. Because I was short on time, I didn't refrigerate them for two hours. I put them in the frige for about an hour and they were still perfect. Because I was cooking for a group, and not for myself, I left out the chipotle. Next week I will make two batches, one with chipotle and one without. I'm not afraid of spicy. Please keep the recipes coming Anne!
( I almost forgot, keep an eye on them while in the broiler. The topping can go from perfect toasty brown to burnt very quickly.

I'm not a very experienced cook or baker at all, but I thought these looked pretty easy for a non-cook to make and it was SO easy! Everyone thought they were delicious and were amazed by my ability to make them. This is a must try recipe!

I cut the excessive butter in this recipe in half as well as the sugar and liked the results much better. I also refrigerated the bars before adding the marshmallows and broiled them just before eating to get more of a s'more texture. A little vanilla bean added to the chocolate works wonders as well.

These were amazing!! I made them for a potluck BBQ, perfect for the summer time. Everyone loved them.
Like many others I did not add the chili, I wasn't sure the crowd would like it. I will be making these again!

These are great! I didn't use the chipotle powder and I broiled them twice. The first broiling didn't go very well (I'm new at broiling and some marshmallows got scorched. I had to remove the burnt ones and decided to add another layer of marshmallows to hide the evidence of my amateur broiling. They turned out great with a double layer of marshmallows! Next time I think I'll use a little less butter. The graham cracker crust was a bit too buttery for me. Thanks for a great recipe, Anne!

These were very easy to make, and taste amazing! I didn't have unsalted butter, so used salted and they turned out great. They taste like a fire roasted smore, will definatly make them again and again!
