These are awesome. They take a little more time and work, but completely worth the effort! I did not use the chipotle pepper powder, because I knew my family wouldn't like it, but these were still delicious and may just be my new go-to dessert for get-togethers!

This was incredible. I am not a smores person but after trying this easy recipe, I am a believer! It is super-easy. My kids loved it. I love that you can prepare it ahead of time and take it on a camping trip or just to have around a cozy fire.

These were a hit!!! I made them twice in one week, one smaller batch 8x8-I just halved the recipe-worked great-my husband took them to the office; and the other I made full size and took to a picnic. I do suggest using all the butter, I tried to cut back, and the crust didn't work as well with less butter. I also used cinnamon instead of the pepper-delish!

Overall the bars were good but I would find a better graham cracker crust. I found this hard to spread and cover and way to much butter. The size pan could be smaller and it may work better. I like the idea but the results were not what I expected.

My niece and I made these and they were yummy! I have one question though. It seems like the crust separates very easily from the chocolate and marshmallow layers. Did anyone else experience this? Any suggestions to avoid this next time?

Tastes great and very easy to make. I did not have chipolte powder, so I sprinkled just a bit of cayenne and smoked paprika into the melted chocolate to my taste. Really liked the extra depth to the chocolate, with a little kick at the end. Thank you, Anne!!

Rave reviews by all that tasted these and I served them to several who are picky and into gourmet food. It's a great twist on an old favorite with the chipotle/spicy kick! I halved the recipe and it worked great. Served it in a fluted tart pan which impressed everyone. Will definitely make again!

This is now my favorite chocolate dessert!!! Also, definitely add the chipotle powder. It really adds a depth to the chocolate but is not overpowering. Honestly I don't think the kids will notice!

My family loved these! Not only do they taste good, but they are much less messy than actual s'mores. I made one batch of them with the chipolte powder and one without for the kids! I will definitely be making these again!!
