This was a great sandwich and the slaw really complimented it. We actually built the sandwich and then pressed it in the panini press for a minute. Very good.

I love this and my family did as well. I chopped the apples instead of gradeing gave the coldslaw a nice crunch. The sauce for the porkchops was amazing. Had to use apple barrel shnaps instead of hard cider. verry good

I tried this with chicken stock replacing cider. It was tasty, but needed sweet chili sauce or sriracha to kick it up. I'll try it again, with more braising time. And a spicier rub on chops.

We watched the show last night and had to see how this tastes. It is great. You can, of course, tweak the ingredients to taste. The slaw is tangy and full of flavor. The entire recipe is a keeper
