Yummy!!! Used 6 Gala apples (peeled and cored, 1T butter, 1T cinnamon (we love cinnamon and 1/8c of sugar. Cooked for 30 minutes and put in my Vitamix! Smooth as "butta". Really, it is the most incredible applesauce.

Applesauce seems so natural with pork chops and I found this recipe to be perfect for my meal. Invited friends to have dinner, and a nice side of homemade applesauce, with the kitchen aroma of fresh spices, added to a nice gourmet environment.
