What is so good about this basic Italian Bread is the many themes of flavors that can be incorporated in it and with it. I went down to the store 3 blocks away and got those same olives at the olive bar. Tasty tasty tasty.
While often tempted to change a recipe to my way of thinking, I also took Chef Emeril's advice and followed yours exactly, except adding more water because I live at 6,000 ft. You have to adjust for high altitude.
    Thanks for the inspirations.

You are a natural!... and you are from Florida... me too!!
I loved the professionalism and pizzaz you displayed on the camera... the minute I saw you coming into the house I knew you would be our next Food Network Star.. In my opinion.. You are already the winner! Congrats! Zory Hernandez, Miami, FL.
