    This recipe was AMAZING!!! My wife is do usually eat all of her plate in the first sitting, but she couldn't resist eating all of this dish!! And I'm making it again today!! LOVE IT!!

    I double the amount of artichokes and used one large piece of salmon. My crust was more of an icing consistency, but it baked the salmon wonderfully. The next night I made it into salmon burgers. I am passing it along to my mother. I am 24,if I can make it anyone can!
