Bobby Flay's Red Chile Short Rib Tacos.

If Bobby Flay has his way, your family's taco night will never be the same. Bobby has been showing us for years that tacos don’t have to be ordinary, but he drove the point home at his "Tacos and Tequila" party at Food Network's New York City Wine and Food Festival last fall. He asked 25 chefs to make their favorite taco, and he got 25 very different results. We tasted our way around the room and then asked four Food Network stars to hand over their recipes.

To Bobby, a great taco is all about texture: "It’s got to have crunch!" he says. His tacos for the party, tender short ribs in crisp tortilla shells, had contrast in every bite.
