Made this a few times for family and they love it! The bacon I used was a bit on the salty side, so I soaked in some water for a few minutes the next time around and was much better.

This is a great dish. I did a rough chop on the Canadian bacon to make it easier to eat. My family liked this one a lot.

For very little time, effort and cost, this is a most excellent breakfast, brunch or any time snack. There's hardly any cooking involved. You just have to remember to pre-heat the oven while sauteing the onions. When adding spinach, turn off burner and spinach will cook itself in 2 minutes. People rave. My kids clean their plates. Don't forget the bread to serve with it. You'll need it to sop up all the deliciousness left in the bottom of the ramekin!

I made this for brunch this morning- so easy and a hit with my guests. Instead of ham, I cooked up some bacon and used it to line the bottom of the ramekins . It worked out great. I highly recommend it!

OMG so very good and tasty. I made it with ham and cut it up so it would fit on the spoon that way i could get all the goodness on my spoon. You can make this for guest and they will be impressed. But most of all you can't mess it up, really easy to make.

I thought this was so delicious and so easy to make. Didn't have fresh spinach so I used frozen, plus didn't have canadian bacon so I used two small round hams, plus I used mexican shredded cheese and it came out so good. Though must remove from ramekin to cut through the ham but so worth biting into.

I made a batch and was disappointed at the lack of flavor. So, I re-read the recipe making sure I did everything correctly. I did, but the secoind time all I added was some salt to each layer (other the canadian bacon layer, of course and it was very very good. We all enjoyed them, even my three year old.

I saw the show last week and decided to try it. My husband thinks I am the best cook ever. The flavor of all the ingredients really worked together. I used a mild cheddar and would get a sharp cheese next time. AND, these are so easy to make. I am planning a few brunches to serve these at. Thanks for the great recipe.
