Looks impressive and tastes even better. The meat really should be chopped. I used left over spiral sliced honey ham. The seasoning with honey and spices blended wonderfully with the spinach.

I made this for New Year's morning brunch. Very easy and played to rave reviews!!! The sour dough with melted cheddar is a great side addition. This recipe is super easy and it looks/tastes amazing!!! Nummmm...YUMMY!!!!!

I saw this recipe and thought it looked so simple but kind of elegant at the same time. Took the advise of others who commented, I cut up the canadian bacon first and put in the bottom. I also did not have any onions (forgot to buy at the store but I had some fresh cut salsa that I had gotten from my grocery store. I sued the salsa and butter to wilt the spinach. The dish was awsome and I think you could eat this for breakfast, snack, lunch or dinner! Thanks for a great receipe.

Since I didn't have Canadian bacon, I used ham from the lunch meat counter. I chopped it up and put it in the bottom of each ramekin. Also, I used Havarti cheese which melted very nicely. To me, this was a filling and satisfying breakfast. Along with a wheat muffin and lowfat cream cheese and spread, It was just wonderful.

This is an awesome recipe...i made mine with pepperjack cheese and ham rounds (instead of can. bacon, tends to dry out due to it being the loin cut.
This dish is like Eggs Benidict/Florintine with a twist.

My girlfriend now loves me just a little bit more!!!

Easy to make, unique for breakfast or lunch and very delicious. Unfortunately, they're like potato chips. Can't eat just 1.

This recipe was awesome, so easy to throw together and is ready in 25 minutes or so!
The only thing I'd do different is to cut up the Canadian bacon as it's hard to eat with a spoon...when you try to cut thru with a spoon, the whole slice comes off.

Very easy, delicious. May want to double for 4 people. I had 2 with bread for lunch, which was filling. This is a keeper.

I found this recipe both easy and delicious. From Start to Finish easy to follow directions. but best of of great blend or flavors. Cheese Toast just the right added touch.

These were very easy to make, and made a nice Sunday breakfast! The only thing I would add is to use paper towels to squeeze the moisture out of the cooked spinach before you add it to the dish. Ours was a little watery, but still tasted delicious.
