This is such an easy and delicious recipe. My husband loved it also. I added mushrooms with the onions and spinach. I cooked mine a little longer than called for since I used 2 eggs per dish and prefer my eggs not so runny. I will definately make this again.

This recipe was terrible. The finished product turned out runny and unedible. Not only was it undercooked, but the canadian bacon on the bottom was not "user friendly"--meaning very hard to eat. 2 bites and the whole thing went into the garbage.

I wanted something different for breakfast this morning and decided to try these after seeing the show yesterday.
They were delicious and I had all of the ingredients on hand--my husband really liked them too. I will make these many times in the future. I think they can be prepared ahead and cooked the next morning which is helpful when you have overnight guests.

I made this recipe this morning, came out yummy! Didn't have canadian bacon, so used regular, cooked bacon instead. Very easy and very impressive!

I stumbled across ASK AIDA yesterday morning while watching Food Network. I am so glad I did. She did a show on my favorite: EGGS! I made this recipe this morning for my husband and I after a 10-mile bike ride. WOW! Did it hit the spot. The only thing I changed was the cheese simply because I couldn't find aged cheddar in my grocery store so I used regular. The spinach combined with the onions and egg were fantastic. We both ate two! I will be tuning in to this showing more often.

This is a great, easy, and tasty recipe. Recipe doesn't say it but I cubed the Canadian bacon so that it would fit in the bottom of the ramekin. I love cheese so I used 1 oz. per ramekin. I also used 4 Tbl of onion and lightly browned before adding spinach. It's a keeper and I can't wait to serve it for brunch for friends and family
