Tilapia came out great. My fiancé asked me to make tilapia like this every time I make it. I did have to use a little more butter than recipe stated to use.

This recipe was a hit! It is so easy and fresh. Served with cous cous or quinoa and a fresh salad. Delicious! And I really like how easy it is.

I made this fish after I saw the episode one morning. My family loved it. It was simple, fast, very tasty and also very affordable. I omited the nuts because my daughter hates nuts and added a little left over white wine to the brown butter and lemon. YUMMMMMMM! I have already made this again for dinner guest and they loved it as well. Thanks Aida for a simple and elegant fish receipe.

We love this dish. It is simple to prepare. I like to add a little Balsamic Vinegar to the final sauce and pour it over the Tilapia to give it a little tang.

I changed a few of the ingredients to adjust this recipe to my cooking and dietary preferences.

No flour. I sprikle a generous amount of Emeril's Essence on the filets with fresh ground black pepper. I saute the filets in Olive Oil, then finish the sauce according to recipe.

    It's simple and wonderful!

    Thanks Aida!

Seemed bland, so I sauted minced garlic in the browned butter before adding the lemon. A dash of white wine might also help. Husband and 3 teens thought it was fine, but like other recipes better.
