My husband loves pancakes, and I love to experiment in the kitchen; so I've been trying out different recipes for pancakes. From Bisquick to his own mother's recipe, he said this was his absolute favorite. =^_^=

I made these pancakes for a kid that hates pancakes with a passion. He then tried these and eat 5 or 6 them... LOVE this recipe

Love these pancakes! And, they turned out perfect, fluffy and delicious. The kids love them, too. And you can't get enough of the blueberry syrup. Divine!!

It tasted fine, but the kitchen smelt like butter so much that I almost gagged. oh well, i might make this again. i added a teaspoon of vanilla and i think that really helped!

I loved this recipe! The pancakes were perfect. They were fluffy, thick and oh so yummy! Not sure what happened to the reviewer below me (maybe she forgot baking powder or baking soda, but these looked exactly like the picture.

I cooked these on an electric skillet at 325... buttered the skillet a bit so that they didn't stick. Since these are pretty thick pancakes, they do take a little while longer to brown. Cooking them at the low temperature allows them to cook internally.

Okay, if you go back a page and look at your left hand corner.. you will see pancakes that look oh super heavenly. Fluffy, full with blueberries and it's delectable sauce. Right when I saw how good it looks I was like, "YEAAAH, GONNA MAKE ME SOME FLUFFY PANCAKES!" Expectation: Yummy breakfast. Results: Flat, ridiculously sweet pancakes. So disappointed.. After that, I added more milk and made myself crepes with nutella. = Stick to bisquick!

GREAT! Moist and flavorful with berry syrup. Wondering if I could skimp on the butter next time. cancelled out my workout for the morning, BUT totally worth it!

These were okay. Nothing extraordinary as far as taste- next time, I'm going to add some vanilla to these to try and give them a 'lift.'

Best pan cakes I have ever made. Very fluffy & moist-not too dry. When I saw the title was "cakey" I was concerned they would be more dry than I like but they were perfect. My husband and I ate the whole batch. Made 9 lovely cakes
