I made the kebabs and put it with a flat bread and it was like eating a gyro. Wow, the flavors was gr8! I will make this over and over!!!

This is so simple and turns out great. I dried the meat to get a more crispy carmelization (left the veggies a little damp with marinade and threw it on the grill. I made some home made hummus, chopped some tomato, put crumbed feta cheese in a bowl and served it "stuff your own pita bread" style. The smooth garlicy taste of the hummus, the savory lamb and the cool crisp cucumber salad were a great combination. This is a keeper.
