This was great! Too easy!! I had all ingredients on hand which made it even better. I am going to make this for a big crowd over the Holidays as well.

This marinade was really nice and easy to prepare but the amount of sesame oil really overwhelms the other ingredients. Next time I make it I would replace half of the sesame oil with another more mild flavored oil. This was very tasty and worked well with the flank steak. I will definitely use this again!

The marinade really gave the meat wonderful flavor and made it perfectly tender. My husband and I enjoyed this meal. Thanks Aida! I love your new show!

Our family loved this meal! They had only one request... double the recipe. We all would have loved leftovers.

I was skeptical at first, thought the ingredients were going to be bland, but surprisingly, it was delicious. The only thing I did different was replaced the salt and pepper with 2 teaspoons of grill seasoning. It's a keeper!

I followed the recipe exactly for this dish, except I cooked the steak on my gas grill rather than using a grill pan. I still did 6-7 minutes on each side and it cooked perfectly. This was the most tender I've been able to get a flank steak. The flavor is really subtle, but tasty. None of the marinade ingredients stand out over another, they just blend together well to create a great flavor. I will definitely make this dish again!

I made this marinade for a skirt steak that I had bought but didn't use. The steak turned out moist and flavorful. It was great with sauteed peppers, onions and mushrooms... I will definitely use this marinade again.

Both the flank steak and grilled veggies were easy, flavorful and presented nicely on the plate. Just the perfect recipes I've been looking for.

Overall, it's a good start. I am a tobasco junkie. I'll give it a little heat.

The show itself seems like what Adam wanted to do on the Next Food Network Star.
