This sauce is so easy to make and is great with grilled chicken too. Thanks!

I've made grilled, marinated veggies before and I like them a lot, but the limed sour cream made it even better. I've now used it on tacos, quesadillas, etc. and it adds a subtle spark of flavor.

This was great. I put over couscus and used the limed sour cream for dipping.
It can also stand alone as a side dish.

Threw out the ginger and garlic I used to marinate the Grilled Flank Steak with Ginger Marinade (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ask-aida/grilled-flank-steak-with-ginger-marinade-recipe/index.html and added a bit more oil, salt and pepper. Bought a pre-sliced portabello, but wished we have had more.
It was all a really great accompaniment to the steak!
