Finally I can make my own crust! It was very flaky and delicious and most importantly...easy to roll out! It didn't fall apart on me like all the others.

I have made this recipe twice in the last month. Everyone in my family just loved it! Takes a little longer to make but it is worth it!!

This was my first time making pie crust, and after searching through recipes for a simple yet delicious recipe, I came upon this one. It was very easy to follow (I recommend watching the video of it on Youtube and my crust came out perfect. Thanks Aida!

I agree with the other reviewers. I threw three pie crusts in the trash before working incredibly easy with this one. It's a keeper!

I have been struggling for years to make Martha's and Alton's pie crusts. No more! This pie crust worked beautifully for pumpkin pie. I also really enjoyed not needing to get my food processor dirty. Easy to make and easy to clean up. I feel so much better about my pies now that the crust is flaky and delicious. I am open to suggestions on how to make them prettier... ???

I have made pie crust from scratch forever and it's always a hassle. For some reason she made it make sense and it came out fantastic. My old recipe in the trash! Thank you Aida

This is the best pie dough I have ever made. I gave it a four because Aida doesn't tell us at what temperature or how long to cook. To finish off the pie I put an egg wash on the top crust and then sprinkled with sugar. My cherry pie cooked at 375 for 50-55 minutes. yummy.

This pie crust is so wonderful. I've made several different pies with it and all have been great. It is now the only recipe I use. It's so flaky and tasty. I've made my grandmothers recipe all my life and now it's changed.
