Ok I watched Aida for the first time one Saturday and she was great. Beautiful, funny, beautiful and appeared to have the skills in the kitchen ! Did I mention she was really beautiful...So I naturally whipped this recipe up for a dinner party I hosted for my friends and family. It was a ridiculous success! So tasty. Not a scrap left! Now I did make a couple modifications knowing my guest and myself. I added a couple of layers of sauteed pancetta, mushrooms, and get this prociutto. They were left over in my fridge so why not? Hey, Im a carnivore. What can I say. Cheers hottie. This rocked!

Brilliant!
I made a test batch for an upcoming party.
Simple and rewarding to the buds.
It's for a yoga going away feast for our teacher
who is off to Puerto Villarta for the winter.
I will send a missive as to the reaction.
God Bless.

This was a delicious recipe. I added skinless chicken thighs to the recipe and it was very good. I think a cup of olive oil is too much so next time I'll use less. Overall, I love this lasagna and it was my very first time making lasagna at all. I forgot to add the pine nuts to the pesto but it was still very good.

Followed the recipe exactly! The end result was delicious yet extremely oily! After the first piece came out I literally drained the oil so the remainder would not just sit in it. Besides that...it was delicious!
