    My husband has never liked eggplant. He couldn't even tell it was in this dish. I have made this 3 times and he has almost licked the plate clean. This is an awesome recipe!!! Thanks, Aida!

    I watched the show when this was made, I used zuccinni instead of eggplant and it was awesome, great dinner my husband loved it!

    This is excellent. The kids (19mos,7, and 9 and the 2 of us loved it (ok the 7 yr old picked out the eggplant! LOLI doubled the cheese, but otherwise stuck to the recipe. I am still eating--I just had to rave! Thanks Aida for a great recipe (no one even mentioned that there was no meat!
