Easy and fool proof.
Added the zest of one of the oranges for a little more flavor.

Very good pork roast. I didn't have cilantro or the chilies, so I used Italian parsley and rosemary instead. Still very yummy! My picky kids even ate it!

Great roast pork loin. Very moist and pleasing flavor. Just a hint of citrus and pepper...if you want more zip..add more peppers.

Just prepared this for dinner. Cooked it on the grill. The sauce is the high-point. Just a hint of the pepper. Served it with rice and grilled asparagas.

Thanks, my hard to please eater loved this. I did too. Smells great, healthy, just the right amount of citrus. I'd make the marinade for other things it was so good.
Thank you.

The pork was pretty good. The sauce did not work. I did strain it but it still did not inpress me. Good for a one timer will not remake. I will use the marinade on a flank steak though.

I made it for a work gathering. Everyone really liked it. Lots of flavor and very moist. Looking forward to making it again.

The marinade smelled great and the reduction was very good over rice. I thought the pork would have more flavor than it did. It was good, but I was hoping for more of a kick. It pleased the kids (along with the adults and the leftovers will make great Cuban sammiches.
