I made this one year for our friend's annual thanksgiving party. It was gone within 5 minutes. Everyone loved it! Every year since I've been asked for the recipe! Thank you Aida, what a great hit! I did make one alternation....I'm Indian and we like it a little extra spicy. So I substituted chili powder...not too much but it worked!

I made this ahead of time for Thanksgiving and could hardly keep my hands out of it. I stuck it in the oven to reheat when the turkey came out to rest and it was perfect. What a great combination of flavors - we fought over who got to take the (few leftovers home. I'm keeping this on my Thanksgiving menu but we'll have it all winter also. Thanks, Aida!

I used my famiily as guinni pigs on this one. It was wonderful. Personally I don't like sweet potatoes or maple syrup and I thought these were great!!!! Very easy and everyone raved about them!! A new family favorite!

This recipe was amazingly delicious and so easy to make!!! I will be making this dish for my family on Thanksgiving. I will change 1 thing; I will use more sweet potatoes (maybe 4 1/2 pounds instead of 3 - just because I thought there was too much 'sauce'...just my personal preference! I was shocked that my husband liked this because he is not a fan of "sweet" foods...WOW!

We added just a little more cayenne as we like it spicy, but otherwise, followed the recipe to a "T". This was absolutely fantastic, and I can't wait to make this one again.

This dish is amazing. I was a little hesitant of adding the maple syrup but it adds the perfect sweet finish to the already sweet potatoes. Not to mention that the toasted pecans are out of this world!!!

Sweet potatoes are so healthy and I have been looking for a new way to cook them other than the baked sweet potato fries I usually make. This recipe was great! I loved the sweet and spicy butter over the carmelized sweet potatoes. The toasted pecans added a great nutty crunch. The only change I made was to peel the sweet potatoes since this is my family's preference, and they browned beautifully. I also lined my baking pan with foil which made for an easier cleanup.

I've gone back to work and the desire to make a home cooked meal after a long day seems to have gone as well. On top of that, we are bored with our regular menus. My husband and I were watching t.v. and somehow stopped on the food network. The menu she prepared seemed so simple and delicious that I started writing everything down from memory. My husband (not the experimenter said he would eat everything if I made it. I got the exact recipes online and went to the grocery store. I even invited my parents over...I don't usually experiment on unsuspecting relatives but I felt good about this.

IT WAS GREAT!!! Everyone loved it and my husband actually ate everything on his plate!!! The sweet potatoes & collard greens complemented the tenderloin perfectly! I did change the cayenne to cinnamon so my 7 year old would eat it. My mother asked me to e-mail her the recipes and my daughter couldn't get enough of the sweet potatoes. THANKS AIDA!!! This has definitely been added to our menus.
