Awesome recipe. Husband loves it. Kids love it. The sauce also is amazing on tons of other things. We love it on salmon burgers.

Turkey cutlets were way too much money at the store so I used chicken cutlets. I thought it had great flavor but there was just way too much lemon. I thought the lemon worked well but there was just way too much so next time I would only use 1/2 the zest and juice. I would also leave the salt out from the sauce because I thought it was a little too salty.

This was a pretty good dish! I was looking for something quick and easy...so, it definitely came through in that respect. Other reviewers mentioned that lemon didn't pair well with the flavor/avocado. So, I used lime instead and added a little bit of garlic powder to the sauce as well. Overall, I thought everything put together was tasty!

wow! I'm in an extended stay hotel and only have a stove and microwave. I found this recipe since I had already bought the turkey and was tired of the pasta I made with it. I didn't have basil but I can see how that would've made this that much better. I did go chunky with the sauce and had a couple croutons on the side (for crunch! Hotel living = not a lot of food on hand LOL Those croutons added this awesome "punch" : Can't wait to make this when I get home and have my herbs and spices :

I thought it was a very strange mix of flavors and textures...I was hoping it would be unique and for me it just ended up being a little odd. I think leaving the avacado chunkier would have been better...and using lime instead of lemon. The avacados are already oily so the added olive oil just took away from the flavor in my opinion.

I'm a hungry teenager and I love cooking dinner for my mom. I like spicing up whatever's in our fridge, and today I found some chicken breasts.
First off, I'd just like to say this avacado sauce was great! Creamy and well-seasoned, and I can turn the leftover into guacomole tomorrow. I added a little yogurt to round it out and that made it easier to blend.
I used little frozen chicken breast cutlets instead of turkey. I thawed them in the microwave and used Aida's flour seasoning. Pan-frying with oil seems a little fattening, but it was worth the crunchy crust. Next time maybe I'll just roast some chicken. But then I used the pan drippings for an extra sauce. After I finished frying the chicken, I took the pan off the heat and added a splash of red wine vinegar and a little more olive oil, then I threw in some thyme and drizzled this over the chicken.
Overall, this was a fabulous recipe and I'll definetly make it again!

Simple recipe, tastes ok. I didn't like the extra creamy avocado sauce... if I make this again, I'd use a bean masher and leave it kinda chunky.
