This was really good. Didn't use anchovies because they scare me and I used regular canned black olives rather than the cured ones. I'm sure the cured ones would have been better but I just didn't have them. Days later, the salad was still nice and fresh!

maybe I undercooked the beans, the lemon didn't break down fibers as expected

This salad would make a great side dish for a summer cookout! My husband and I both loved it! No need to add anchovies though because you can barely taste them anyways. Also, I couldn't find cured black olives so I just added regular canned ones. Next time I will try calamata olives with this recipe!

This was really good. I enjoyed every bte of it. I didn't have black olives so I used Kalamata and it tasted good too! Will make it again

Made this with less oil, more lemon, olives and parsley, and subbed bacon for the anchovies. It was a super combination!
