Admittedly, I had to use smoked bacon instead of proscuitto, sunflower seeds instead of pine nuts, and a shallot instead of yellow onion, but it did NOT taste good. I used lots of red pepper flakes to give it some kick, as another reviewer recommended. But this did not work for me.
Plus, I thought it was fairly time consuming. Won't try it again.

Very tasty dish.I have added sauteed red onions and garlic to the asparagus part of the dish. I also subsituted the prosciutto with smoked bacon. I will definitely will make this dish again.

Quite good for quick week-night one dish meal. Even though I tasted the Spinach Ricotta dip and it was tasty and the prosciutto and asparagus was tasty, when added to the pasta it was altogether a little bland. Added some Romano and a bit of black pepper to the final product and moved it up to tasty. Would make again and might even add some peas to the asparagus mixture. The crisy prosciutto was awesome.

This dish was not very good. It didn't have much flavor and was really dry. Even adding parmesan on top didn't help much. Unfortunately, I made it for guests. It was worse the next day. We added balsamic vinegar, which overpowered what the recipe was supposed to taste like and just basically made it a balsamic pasta salad. I would never make this again. This is my first Food Network recipe disappointment.

This recipe didn't knock my socks off, but it was okay. I liked it MUCH better the next day, and eaten cold. I sprinkled on a little garlic salt and crushed red pepper, and that added the extra "something" that had been missing before. I might make it again, but won't be in a rush to do so.

This dish was very bland and disappointing. It lacked any taste whatsoever. We will never make this dish again. We tried adding the parmesan to it but it still was bad. I would move on to the next recipe if I were you. :(

My husband and I thought it was bland and missing something. We added shaved parmesan cheese to the plates which helped, but still overall very disappointed.

A tasty pasta dish that didn't have me uncomfortably full. The ingredients came togther easily and this was something that I could throw together for final prep while the guests were hanging out in the kitchen. It got raves from the adults. The kids ate it even though they spotted the asparagus.

My children and I enjoyed this recipe. I was surprised because we had never tried prosciutto with pasta. Once I had all of the ingredients together it was fast and easy to prepare.
