  • 12 ounces coconut water
  • 2 large handfuls baby spinach
  • 1/4 fresh pineapple, cut into cubes
Directions
  • Put the coconut water spinach and pineapple in a blender and whirl until smooth. Serve.

Cook's Note: Add 1/2 cup yogurt and/or a banana for a creamier texture.
