Ingredients
  • 1 pound baby artichokes, cleaned, trimmed and quartered
  • 1 head endive, julienned
  • 1 head radicchio, shredded thinly
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
  • Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
