These stuffed burgers were delicious! Made them last night for my husband and he loved them and took left overs to work. Next time thinking about putting jalapenos or mushrooms. Yumm! Thanks Sunny!

This is probably the singe best and easiest burger recipe I have ever made. So simple and crazy good. It allows you to tweak the meat to your desire. Personally I like to make a little extra of the onion/bacon mixture and work it through the meat as well. I add a little seasoning depending on my mood...ranch mix or spicy burger mix! These are so good that I was angry at my kids for eating the burgers that were left over, for lunch the next day, before I could eat them! MINE! =

    Yummy!
reviewer hmack0820 of Bridgeton got it right, this is great but adding sauteed mushrooms and feta cheese instead of cheddar cheese makes it rock. And to make it even better, ask your meat man to grind up some quality Beef Brisket for you instead of store quality non distinct ground beef and make your burgers with this. And I think a good tip for keeping your stuffed burgers intact is to make them up ahead of time and give them overnight in the frig to "seal up" ! I don't know why this works but it does!
    Remember, I told you so!

It was delicous, everyone loved it. I added Jalepeno's to the recipe. It was a hit, better than any burger we have eaten at home or dining out!!!! Going to try more stuffed Hamburgers in the future, as this was my first time making a stuffed burger.
