Let me tell you, these potatoes were so moist and the bacon wrapped around and the honey sauce really tied it all together! This is my new go to side! What I found that was so pleasing was how easy these were to put together. As long as I live I do not want my potatoes ever cooked any other way!

The whole family loved them. The kids and their friends were in the kitchen helping, so they could sneak a few as soon as they were ready

We've been making these potatoes since we first saw Aaron prepare them on Food Network Star as a talented contestant many seasons ago....and we've enjoyed all the Aaron feasting ever since! These are well worth the effort ! Make extra sauce and add a touch of hot sauce and minced garlic for an extra blast of flavor....great on chicken wings, shrimp, and lots of other things. Let the raves begin! Go, Big Daddy!

These were the tastiest potatoes ever. I will be making these ALL the time. The sweet honey scallion sauce goes so perfectly with the bacon. Gives the potatoes that perfect crunch. Delicious!

Will do again! Loved the honey sauce, it was really good! I found it a little bit too heavy with the potato, the bacon and the canola oil, but my boyfriend thought it was delicious!
