    I was looking for a way to use amchoor powder, here called mango powder, and this is what came up. I have made it three times now and everyone is loving it. It's a fun cooking project to do with a child, say age 9 or older. Jakey loved rigging the yogurt drip. The flavor mix is exotic and sublime - a great new way to fix eggplant.
