This wasn't too bad. It's not a dish that would have normally appealed to me. But, Sunny has a way of making things look so good that I decided to try it anyway. I probably could have used a little more salt. I will definitely try it again before dismissing it. Because, it was pretty good.

I made this dish for company and it was a huge hit. Fun to prepare and the end product was simply outstanding. I will make this recipe for many years to come.

This is AMAZING and simple. I made it for the first time last Thanksgiving and EVERYONE(13 people LOVED it and wanted the recipe! Had a hard time finding the recipe this year and was bummed out...but alas....here it is! Totally psyched!! Thank you Sonny!!

What a great surprise! I'm a huge corn fan, so I thought I'd give it a shot. The flavors are great and it was light and airy because of the low slow cooking time. Will make again!

I made this mostly for my husband. I even put in the jalapeno which I would normally leave out. I didn't put in the whole pepper though. Maybe about half of a pretty large pepper Added quite a bit of salt and pepper and some extra cheese too. The whole family really enjoyed it.

It was pretty rnnny which I would assume would be fixed by baking it longer and perhaps letting it sit for awhile before serving. But still yummy and I'll be making it again.

I'll definitely make this one again. I left out the jalapeno and it was still very tasty. For those wondering about the amount of corn in 10 ounces, I used 2 cups of frozen kernels and it turned out great.

Very easy - went together quickly - minimum dishes and clean-up. Nice flavor - went well for Thanksgiving. Simple blend of flavor - nothing overwhelmed. Jalapeno not obvious. Good choice for a quick, festive type side.

Can I leave out the jalpeno pepper (JP? Should I substitute another seasoning? I know that JP would not go over well with my family. My rating is strictly for ease of making and desirability.
