My grown children thought these were the best biscuits ever. My granddaughter had three!

Perfect! The first biscuits I've ever made that turned out right. Fluffy and with the right texture. I used cold shortening from the fridge, I've heard that helps just like it does in pie dough. This is a keeper. Next up I'll need to make some sausage gravy...

This recipe is Perfect. I used 1/3 cup of softened butter and the were yummy! Better than eating store bought bread in the morning.

I love how easy and wonderful these are. I cut the butter into smaller pieces and used the Kitchenaide to mix into the flour mixture. Rolled them out with additional flour also. I used butter in the recipe and smeared coconut oil on the baking sheet. The bottom came out wonderfully cripsy. They cooked up quickly in the convection oven, so keep your eye on it. Big hit here, and they were so fast to throw together. This is a keeper!

Easy and yummy! I used cold butter instead of shortening and only had 2% milk on hand, but it turned out great. I'll definitely be making these again.

So simple, no buttermilk, and they're good! I almost didn't knead/fold the dough enough, and I added a bit of flour while folding. This is a keeper!
