Bamboozled Berry Cheesecake Shake

Ingredients
  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 ounces whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon Berry Compote, plus more for topping, recipe follows
  • 1 slice prepared cheesecake with graham cracker crust
  • 1 ounce berry-infused vodka, optional
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Berry Compote:
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions

In a blender, add the ice cream, milk, berry compote and cheesecake. If an adult version is desired, also add the berry-infused vodka. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Transfer to a glass and top with whipped cream, berry compote and serve.

Berry Compote:

Add the blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, sugar, 1/4 cup water and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely.
