Love this basic banana bread, it is so fast and easy to make! I use it all the time when I don't use my bananas fast enough! You can add chocolate, nuts, or whatever you'd like to it and it always turns out deliscious and moist!

I was out of regular sugar so I used brown. Also added 1/2 C of chopped walnuts & 1/2 tsp of vanilla. Turned out delicious & it was so easy!

Loved it. It reminded me of the banana bread my Mother used to make for me, so I turned around and made it for her on Mother's Day and she loved it. Will continue to make it for my family. I also added some sliced strawberries and it gave it a wonderful flavor.

The best banana bread I have made.. and easiest. I've tried others that are drier, but this was perfect, just moist enough. Instead if the milk, I added a tablespoon of low fat sour cream. Our whole family loves this!

OMG, this is amazing! The only change I made was using brown sugar instead of white sugar.

You can make it very easy and quick! Nothing complicated! If you are beginner, try to bake this. I baked several recipe but this is the best banana bread recipe I've ever known. I tried with another recipe but it turned reakky dry inside, but this one is very moist and soft! I love it! I always bring it to my boyfriend's parents house, and they also love it.

Best banana bread recipe we've tried! We use three large frozen (de-thawed of course bananas, bake for an additional 10-15 minutes and follow the rest of the recipe as stated. Every time we've made it it has been very moist! One thing we like to do is to throw a couple slices in the toaster and generously apply peanut butter... can't go wrong with that combo! We received rave reviews from family from Chicago and were even told that this recipe was better than their favorite bakery's banana bread.

This is a simple recipe with ingredients found in most kitchens. I used three large ripe bananas and used 2/3 cup brown sugar and 1/3 cup granulated sugar and followed the recipe otherwise. I found it simple to make and was a nice loaf of banana bread. Nothing super special, but still very tasty and not too dry, not too moist. I think walnuts and vanilla would add the extra needed to take this recipe over the top.

This is a good recipe but not perfect. Takes longer than the bake time indicated or the center will be liquid still. This bread tends to crumble a little more easy than other recipes. Could use a little more moistness but maybe my bananas were on the small side. I've tried another recipe using maple syrup that I think was a little better. I typically try to find a Bobby Flay recipe for everything first so have very high expectations. Still, I would make this again. It was fast and easy.
