Based on following the recipe to the tee...it was horrible. No bananna taste (needs 5-6 banannas also when you ate the bread it sucked the mositure out of your mouth. Do NOT need baking powder and you only 1/2t of the baking soda. Made a second batch with also adding nutmeg, cardamon, cloves, and a little honey and changing to brown sugar and 100% good!

This recipe is amazing! Its delicious and moist every time. I add walnuts for some texture and a good crunch, and also put the banana's in a cuisine art food processor to get all of the clumps out. I love making sweet breads like pumpkin bread&zuccini bread also, this recipe is a #win!

Perfect every time! I make this a lot and my friends and family rave about it every time! I make it exactly as the recipe calls for--doesn't need any changes. Made into mini muffins and baked for 12-14 minutes on 350.

Great! I added a 2 tsp vanilla, made the tsp of cinnamon heaping, and substituted 2 TBS of butter with applesauce. Next time I'll also put a little cinnamon sugar sprinkle on top. Will make definitely make again. Kids and adults love it.
