This is a good, solid, and EASY banana bread recipe; I threw it together without thinking too hard and it came out moist and yummy.
I understand why the recipe got some bad reviews - it had a pretty mild flavor. but the bread had a really nice texture and welcomes cream cheese, honey or even ice cream.
a great recipe to have on hand, but perhaps not for entertaining purposes. try it out :

This Banana Bread is the best. I've tried other recipes but this one is the best. It didn't last 12hrs in my house.

This recipe is so quick and easy but the best part is, it also tastes good. I always add 1 tsp vanilla, 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips, and I sprinkle some sugar on top. Enjoy!

Had some ripe bananas and wanted to try out this recipe, it was delicious and very moist, I did add walnuts to it though 'cause I like nuts but you can leave them out. Very popular around the house. I would buy bananas and let them ripe just so i could make this recipe. Must try!

Delicious....I rarely bake at home. One day I got these very ripe bananas on the kitchen counter, so I decided to make banada bread. The ingredients in this recipe is so simple, I was able to make it. My kids just loved it. Breakfast, lunch, and snack time, they all yelled, 'Banada bread, please!'
