This is a great banana bread recipe! I have gone through many tring to find a good, easy one and have found it. I did add an extra banana and a teaspoon of vanilla. I have doubled this and the results were just as great. When I took it out of the oven, it was gone in just over an hour. Try it

Light, tender, mellow flavor that the bananas still come through easily. I've looked for a good banana bread recipie for a while, and believe I've found the best.

This was SO easy! It was the first banana bread I have ever made, and it came out very good! I think this would be a fun recipe to make with kids or to do for a bake sale or something. My favorite part is that the bread comes out a little crusty at the top, but very moist and soft.

I made this loaf for my 1 year old Son. He needed some new snacks and I had some very ripe bananas on my counter...So I made this recipe. He LOVES it and so do my nephews and nieces! Great for adults too!

This is a very simple recipe...you can't go wrong. I am not a baker by any means so this recipe was perfect for me. I did add cane sugar on the bread after I put it in the baking dish. I let the sugar just give the bread a nice crust on top.

I added about 1/2 cup more sugar, a bit of vanilla, and a dash of ginger and nutmeg. And I topped it off with a homemade buttercream frosting (probably a cream cheese frosting would have been better, but I didn't want to go to the store for cream cheese. Overall, pretty good. It was very quick and easy to make. I'd make it again.
